Free Hypnotherapy in Basingstoke

The first session is a free video call, this enables us to get to know each other and for you to decide if you want to work with me. It also gives me an opportunity to decide if I can help you. If I feel at this point you are not ready for change we will go our separate ways and there will be no cost to you. Our video call will be an opportunity to clarify your reasons to make that positive change and begin to live the life you deserve.

Fee structure

You will have the opportunity to listen to my Pure Relaxation Audio several times before we meet. You may require up to 4 sessions of around an hour and a quarter in duration, although most clients achieve success in the first session. Consider further sessions as a backup, although you probably will not require them. You will have access to further Hypnotic Audios in line with your specific needs. You will receive ongoing coaching as required to keep you fully focused on your new positive behaviours. These ongoing coaching sessions will take the form of texting or phone calls as appropriate. This support is what you are investing in, as you invest in yourself.

Your investment in you will be £220 payable in full at the commencement of session one. By following your individually personally tailored programme, you will be able to guarantee your own success. I will provide the tools so you will make that change in a way that’s straightforward and automatic.

Many times I have found my clients are enabled to make the necessary positive changes in the first session. The remaining sessions are sometimes necessary to “put the roof on it” thereby completely solidifying the new positive behaviour change.
